To manage or be managed

My recent position in my employer require me to do some management action in my departement. But acording to prior examination on present condition, management is a delicate matter comprises from problems, small or even bigger problems got together in a mingling-confusing-difussing problem. I got in my hand now, the type of problem faced by the reformation government.

I can see now that management is not only about workloads, but it also about resources, your subordinate problem and the last is your superior problem on your department. This problem become more shitty when the prior manager was not making any improvement in dissolving the problem, but added more puzzle in this shitty system.

My first homework is to identify the problems, and then categorizing the problem based on the issue, and then try to figure out the solution for the problems. And you know what after one month passed since the appointment, I’m still identifying, and it’s not finished yet. There are more identification need to do. It’s like I’m digging in the trash dump, city trash dump. A little longer doing this stuff and I will be qualified for detective entrance.

I do believe that the capacity to manage starts from inside.
